Reduced Motion
当用户开启减少动态效果时，界面仍然要有反馈，但要减少大幅位移、闪烁和循环动画，改用更稳定的状态变化。
When users prefer reduced motion, the interface should still provide feedback while reducing large movement, flashing, and looping animation in favor of stable state changes.
